Bread Rolls
The instructions on this are a bit vague, so take the instructions with a bit of salt until I remove this.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of yeast - in warm water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Egg wash
Instructions
- Add the milk and the oil to the yeast and mix.
- Add the sugar to the flour and mix as well.
- Finally add the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and mix until the dough homogenous /& possibly until firm.
- Divide the dough into twelve and let rise.
- Brush the rolls with egg wash /& put in the oven at 345 degrees farenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
