Leavened Flat Bread
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of clarified butter
Instructions
- Add the salt to the flour & mix.
- Make a well in the center of the flour/salt mixture.
- Place your egg into the well and mix until incorporated.
- Pour the final mixture onto a floured surface & cut it into 12 pieces, before letting it rest.
- Shape the pieces into round circles
