Sticky Pudding Cakes
Ingredients
- 4 ounces of dried dates, chopped & soaked in warm water
- 1 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons of baking soda
- 4 teaspoons of vanilla
Instructions
- Mix together the dates, brown sugar, and eggs.
- Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Mix your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients.
- Split the mixture into 6 ounce ramakins, before putting them in 350 degree boiling water for 40 minutes.
- Let cool and poke with a tooth pick to check if they are fully cooked.
